Production Process

How Our Surgical Instruments Are Made

STAGE 01

Raw Material & Forging

German & Japanese Stainless Steel

We forge high-grade AISI 410, 420, and 316L surgical stainless steel, inspecting chemical composition with optical emission spectroscopy before machining.

STAGE 02

CNC & Wire EDM Cutting

Sub-Micron Computerized Precision

Modern Japanese wire-EDM and 5-axis CNC milling machines shape joint box profiles, ratchets, and micro-serrations with micron-level tolerances.

STAGE 03

Master Hand-Filing & Setting

Generations of Sialkot Artistry

Master craftsmen hand-file jaw alignments, calibrate needle holder cross-serrations, and balance spring tension for effortless ergonomic feedback.

STAGE 04

Vacuum Hardening & Passivation

Maximum Durability & Anti-Corrosion

Computer-regulated vacuum furnaces achieve Rockwell HRC 50–54 hardness, followed by ultrasonic acid passivation and 30-minute autoclave boil tests.
